Describing her children in her own words. Aug 25 2011
" On to kids Kealy like I said has started 1st grade she packed her lunch for the 1st time today she was so excited she said today was going to be the best day of her life since she was packing her lunch and going to be the leader today. She has had her first tooth pulled and now getting ready to loose another. She says she is having a hard time making friends at school I feel so bad for her kids are really mean. She still loves make-up her favorite things are dresses and shoes. She also loves bows and like fixing her hair and painting her nails no question about it she is all girl. She is a great big sister to Paislee but her and Blaise fight a lot. She is like a little mommy love her heart. She also wears her heart on her sleeve. I love how she is so girly. On to Blaise he is now 4 wants to be 5 ask every day if he is 5 yet so he can go to school we now make too much for him to go to preschool so he hasn't got to go like kealy did. He absolutely loves the wii and ds. He loves teenage mutant turtles and to watch tv. His favorite food is Peanut butter. He lloves swimming in the pool we got them for outside. He loves to draw and fight with both sisters. lol I love having a boy that is a mommys boy lol. on to Paislee she is now 14 months she isn't saying much either like Blaise didn't. She says bite mommy, daddy, tries to say kealy uh-oh,kitty and things like that loves to point at what she wants she loves animal cookies now. She is so mommys baby she is hooked to my side. I love every moment. She loves baby dolls and stuffed animals and to love on them it is so sweet to see her do it. Her favorite things to do is torture our kitty and put things in a bucket and get them out and put them back. We took her bottle away and she is now on a sippy but she picked the paci back up. Well this is it for now. Hope you enjoy the update."

She never tired of sharing funny stories or cute comments from her kids! She and I would discuss them and mine for hours, trying to solve all their tiny problems and heal their booboos. As kids ourselves, we'd talk about when we grew up, how our kids would be friends and how we'd be chasing them around, not like our parents did us, but let them have more freedom. I think to some degree we did, but always put our own spin on it, even when we caught ourselves being just like our parents! I believe that tickled us both as kids and adults more than anything, to deny being like our parents, but knowing it was true!
