My favorite picture.

This picture was taken 10 years almost to the day that she earned her angel wings, she stayed with us her Uncle Randy and Aunt Tammy the summer before her senior year I absolutely loved this time with her. She was always real good about coming in on time and I always asked her to call if she was going to be late and she always did. ....This is my favorite picture of her.

Always supported her friends.

Well to begin with I've known Kenzlei since I probably was in the first grade. She was a few grades ahead of me but she was always nice and could talk to me. In middle school and some of high school we rode the same school bus home down Yuma Road. That's when our friendship really got good I think. We'd talk about almost everything from home life to boys. After she graduated high school we lost contact. But through a mutual friend we finally was able to catch up. She found out she was pregnant with her youngest Paislee the same time I found out that I was pregnant with my oldest Trinity. That's my best memory really because she helped me. Here I was a first time mom scared to death and Kenzlei would call, text, you name it. She was the only one of my friends that was at my baby shower for my daughter. She said we were prego buddies lol. I think there's about a weeks difference between the two girls. She also was there to see Trinity trick or treat for the first time. I actually caught myself thinking that I was going to see here this past Halloween and was just upset because I miss her. She was a awesome friend and person to anyone who knew her. I just hope when the kids are older they know what an amazing person she was and still will be to all of us that know her.

Yard Sale

One summer, Kenzlei went to yard sales every weekend and sometimes I was lucky enough to tag along, One morning we were headed out and me wanting to know the plan as to what we were going to be looking for ,,, and our conversation went like this:

Me: So Kenzlei what are we going to be looking for today.
Kenzlei: I am going to be looking for socks for Blaise.
Me: My goodness you can get 6 pair of socks for 5.99 at walmart they are not that expensive.
Kenzlei: I know but you can get them for a nickel a pair at a yard sale.  :)

Yes we did find socks that day...loads of them ...and none were over a nickel a pair.

I was blessed beyond measure to have this time with her.

Funny story

So I thought I'd share a funny story with everyone. For Bransons first bday Kenzlei Hobbs got her van stuck in mud. It was important to us that she came to his party so me and Britt Oaks went to help her. We worked for an hour I guess it was using dog food yes dry dog food, sticks, and boxes. Kenzlei got in to back out and dog food and mud flew all over us. We were covered in mud and kenzleis face was priceless. It was so bad I had to take a bath before we could leave lol

This blog is for the purpose of keeping Kenzlei's memory alive for her children, Kealy, Blaise and Paislee. This will be a collections of stories for them about their mother.
